Deal announcement: Zindel United Holding AG

Altenburger advised Zindel United Holding AG on the sale of a 60% shareholding stake in Inkoh Holding AG to Holcim (Schweiz) AG, Axpo Biomasse AG and the holding company of Terre Suisse AG.

The Altenburger team was led by Riccardo Geiser (Corporate/M&A) and further included Ralph Imoberdorf (Corporate/M&A), Luzius Cavelti and Natalia Roos (both Tax).
