Deal announcement: OnO Holding SA

Altenburger advised OnO Holding AG, a Swiss group with more than 30 years of experience in the ophthalmologic sector (Group - ONO) in the acquisition of Müller Optik Zürich and Augenarztzentrum Zürich AG.

Altenburger’s team was led by Thierry Thormann and further included Ralph Imoberdorf, Céline Spahn and Isabelle Meyer.
