Altenburger advised the shareholders of Rohr Gebäudetechnik AG on the sale of their company to InstallerGroup (Schweiz) AG.
InstallerGroup is a dynamic and fast-growing service provider in the ancillary construction sector, currently comprising 37 group companies across Denmark.
The acquisition of Rohr Gebäudetechnik AG marks the successful launch of InstallerGroup’s strategic expansion into the Swiss market.
The team was led by Thierry Thormann and further included Céline Spahn.
