Roland Schweizer specializes in the area of domestic and international tax law. Besides his activity as a lawyer, Roland also practices as Notary and, as such, has a vast experience in all matters of corporate law, including in M&A as well as incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation of companies and real estate transactions.
