Kristin Arve

Kristin focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. She worked for several years at the District Court of Zurich and has a good understanding of how courts work.

She also deals with debt recovery and protection against unjustified debt enforcements, and she has in-depth experience with various disputes that can arise in the context of debt enforcements and insolvencies.

Kristin also advises private clients and SMEs. Being Swedish-Swiss, she is especially sensitized to the needs of Swedish citizens residing and working in Switzerland.
