Resolving Disputes is part art and part technique: deep understanding of the case and the people involved, strategic foresight and outstanding advocacy is what I strive for.

Aline Wey Speirs is the head of our Dispute Resolution Team. Her main areas of practice are litigation, mediation and arbitration, with a focus on international commercial disputes, banking and fraud litigation. As a former substitute Judge she has also tried numerous cases in family law. Today she advises and represents clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process with a strategic approach and an eye for lasting solutions.

From her white collar crime practice she has deep experience in the recovery and protection of clients' assets, including coordinating multi-jurisdictional applications for provisional measures and freezing orders, obtaining orders recognizing and enforcing foreign judgments and awards, initiating insolvency proceedings and performing internal investigations.

In addition, Aline Wey Speirs also acts as a mediator and advises private clients in family law related matters.

Clients and peers describe Aline as an excellent lawyer – thoughtful, responsive, creative and efficient.
