Céline Spahn regularly advises early stage companies, SMEs and listed companies in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, restructurings and M&A in a domestic and international context.
Chloé Groenendijk is a lawyer specialized in banking, finance as well as corporate matters. In particular, she assists trustees and asset managers in regulatory matters. Further, she advises her clients on corporate matters, such as Mergers and Acquisitions.
