ALTENBURGER employs motivated and qualified employees of various educational background and professional experience, on a full-time or part-time basis, in the areas of reception/switchboard, secretarial services, accounting as well as IT (Webmaster).

After a short initiation period, secretaries manage independently the secretarial affairs of several lawyers or tax experts and ensure a smooth delivery of our services. Among other things, they draft and revise documents, exceptionally upon dictation, they make telephone calls and correspond with clients, manage records, monitor agendas and deadlines and organise meetings and trips.

We offer a pleasant working atmosphere in a modern and international environment. Interesting professional training opportunities are furthermore open to motivated employees.

For a secretarial position, we require a commercial basic education or a high-school degree ("Maturität"). In addition to a very good knowledge of a Swiss national language (German for Zurich, French for Geneva), you must possess a very good amount of English knowledge (level „Advanced“). Furthermore, you must have excellent MS-Office skills.
