Secretan Troyanov Schaer LTD is a business law firm established in Moscow in 1992, composed of Swiss and Russian multilingual lawyers who provide advice and services in Russian and English, as well as in German and French, to domestic and foreign clients on all aspects of investment, trade and finance in Russia and Switzerland.

This cooperation is linked to the arrival of our new partner, Cyril Troyanov, with his Russian-speaking team of lawyers and assistants in our Geneva office starting as of 1 January 2011.

Due to their combined expertise in law and taxation, their foreign language skills and the professional qualifications of their dedicated teams, ALTENBURGER and Secretan Troyanov Schaer LTD are well-positioned to provide efficient cross-border legal and tax advice and to serve the needs of clients having personal or commercial interests in Russia and Switzerland.

For Secretan Troyanov Schaer LTD, the collaboration will broaden its Swiss base, namely by reaching out to the German-speaking part of Switzerland through ALTENBURGER's Zurich office, and by adding tax planning expertise to its areas of practice.
